Compliance Training

Language-neutral Training

Part of the GOJO® Hygiene Management System is training that includes a language-neutral video to teach employees why, when and how to use GOJO E-rated products. The video uses several scenarios of "when" employees should wash their hands. The video is language neutral and helps overcome language barriers by communicating the messages via visuals and sounds instead of the spoken word.

Available in DVD. The video comes with a trainer’s guide. The trainer’s guide includes explanations of each segment of the video as well as discussion questions and a quiz to ensure workers understand and know how to comply.

Below are MPEG files of sample segments from the video. To preview the sample segments, simply click on the links. The complete video is about 11 minutes long and available free of charge with the purchase of the GOJO Hygiene Management System program.

WHY
The first segment aims to answer the question "Why do I need to wash my hands?" The video presents a cause and effect situation for employees who do not wash their hands.

Key Messages:
It is easy to spread germs and start a cycle of contamination.
People get sick and some die every year from cross contamination of product. This jeopardizes health, life, jobs and ultimately the company’s stability!
